This explains how I handle information you share with RK3 Dev and how to ask for it to be deleted.

What the contact form collects

The form asks for your name, email address, the service you're interested in, and your project details. Business name, timeline, and budget range are optional. Please don't send passwords, payment details, or sensitive business information.

When you submit, the site also records the time, source page, browser information, and an IP address when available. These help prevent spam, investigate problems, and keep track of the inquiry.

Why I keep it and who receives it

I use your inquiry to respond, understand the work you're considering, and follow up on our conversation. Submissions are saved in the website's private owner inbox, and an email notification containing the inquiry is sent through Gmail. I don't sell your information or use contact submissions to sign you up for marketing.

Cloudflare provides website traffic and security services. Google processes inquiry notifications and any email correspondence. These providers handle information under their own privacy policies.

How long it is kept

The inquiry system has no automatic deletion schedule. An inquiry stays in the owner inbox, email, and any retained backups until it is removed. I keep correspondence while it is useful for responding to your request or supporting work we agree on.

You can request deletion at any time using the contact form. Include the email address you used and say that you want your inquiry deleted. I may ask you to confirm ownership of that address. If a record must be retained for ongoing work or a legal obligation, I'll explain that when I respond. Backup copies may remain until those backups are replaced or removed.

Cookies and Cloudflare Web Analytics

The contact form uses a security cookie to help protect submissions.

Cloudflare Web Analytics measures website visits and performance without analytics cookies or browser fingerprinting. It is separate from the information you submit in the contact form. You can read Cloudflare's explanation of Web Analytics for details.

Booking and other links

If you book a call through Cal.com or follow a LinkedIn link, you're using a separate service with its own privacy policy. The booking link opens Cal.com directly; it is not an embedded booking form.
