Anonymized case study

Automated reporting and document workflows

Management answers and document delivery depended on repeated manual steps.

Work shown is anonymized to protect the organizations involved.

01 / Context

The setting

An operations organization needed management reporting, document workflows, and recurring external-data imports.

02 / Challenge

What needed to change

Give leadership answers without ad-hoc database requests, reduce the manual steps in document handling, and keep recurring imports controlled.

03 / What I built

The implementation

I built self-service management reports and scheduled alerts covering activity analysis, multi-year comparisons, usage metrics, and heatmaps.

Form-to-PDF workflows generate a document, email it to the right recipients, and publish a summary post automatically.

Scheduled API imports run every 15 minutes with cost controls and exception-only alerts.

04 / Results

What the work made possible

Leadership can get answers through self-service reports without ad-hoc database requests. The document workflows replace several manual steps with generation, routing, and summary publication.

05 / Technologies
