Anonymized case study
Two-way operational SMS and alerting
Operational messaging needed conversations, delivery visibility and clear acknowledgment.
Work shown is anonymized to protect the organizations involved.
01 / Context
The setting
The work connects day-to-day messaging, emergency group communication, and equipment alerts to an operations workflow.
02 / Challenge
What needed to change
Support two-way conversations inside an existing application, show delivery results for group messages, and make equipment alarms visible and acknowledgeable.
03 / What I built
The implementation
I built a two-way texting console inside an existing operations app, with inbound webhooks, threaded conversations, audible alerts, acknowledgment tracking, and quick replies.
A mobile emergency group-messaging tool supports recipient groups and per-recipient delivery results.
An email-to-dashboard bridge turns equipment alert emails into on-screen alarms that staff can acknowledge.
04 / Results
What the work made possible
The built tools bring threaded messages, delivery results, and acknowledgeable equipment alerts into the operations interface.
[PLACEHOLDER: confirmed deployment status and operational outcomes for the messaging tools]
